Job Information

My client is hiring for a Junior Corporate Administrator to cover maternity leave. This role will commence immediately and run until June.

Please note that hours are 11:00-15:00 Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

  • Telephone answering / message taking
  • Administrative / personal assistant / secretarial support as needed
  • Contact database maintenance
  • Assisting with office administrative duties – office &supplies, couriers, mail
  • Assisting with AML/KYC  – requesting and maintaining required documentation
  • Data entry and maintenance of client information/documentation and filing
  • Other ad-hoc projects that arise from time to time

Requirements:

  • Excellent personal presentation and telephone manner
  • Excellent spoken and written English essential
  • Advanced MS Office (testing will be conducted)
  • Ability to work unsupervised essential
  • Clean police clearance and professional references
